A native Floridian raised in North-Central Florida, Gabriel Jacobs graduated with honors from Flagler College before earning his law degree cum laude from Barry University School of Law. In 2014, he joined the Public Defender\u2019s Office in Brevard County, where he spent six years as a trial attorney handling cases ranging from DUIs and domestic violence to serious felonies including homicide, kidnapping, and drug offenses \u2014 several of which drew significant media attention.
Since entering private practice, Gabriel has served as legal advisor to the Brevard County Commission and was appointed to the Brevard County Charter Commission, working alongside prominent local political figures. He now focuses his practice on Criminal Defense while expanding into Family Law, and is an active member of the Vassar B. Carlton Inn of Court, the Brevard County Bar Association, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
